You can also talk to yourself! It’s called self-talk and we all do it but in order for self-talk to help reduce our stress levels we need to make sure it’s positive not negative.


We know that listening closely while stressed out will probably reveal if the message is either negative or positive; as such when there are any negative messages one needs to change them into positive ones like “I am doing my best" instead of "I cannot do this".



Try To Reduce Triggers


When you are like most people, your life may be filled with many demands and few minutes to implement them. For the most part, these demands can be selected by yourself.
