Meditation and mindfulness are often paired together because of their similar benefits. Both can help you to calm the mind and bring it back to the present moment, which is important for improving your wellbeing.
There are many different types of meditation, so it’s important to find one that works for you and your lifestyle.
Make sure you find a practice that you are passionate about, as this will make it much easier for you to incorporate it into your daily life. Daily meditation or mindfulness practice should be done in an effort to empty your mind and bring you back to the present moment.
